We do have a 3,500 lb axle with 89 inch hub face to hub face and 74 inch spring center to spring center that will work with a hub that has a 5 on 5" bolt pattern, but the hub just needs to be purchased separately as they don't come in a single package. You can choose from either a hub and drum or idler hub and here's what you'll need:

- While we do not have your exact axle we do have the Axle # 8327834 you found with bare spindles. You can have two new springs Seats # TRSS300 welded on at your 78" measurement versus the 80" the axle comes with. Otherwise you are going to have to special order your exact axle from a local Dexter dealer.
We do have the Brakes # 23-180-181 and Hub/Drum # 8-219-13UC3 to complete the axle. You would need 2 of the hubs as we sell them individually.

- We have either the Standard Hub # 8-258-50UC1 or the EZ Lube Hub # 8-258-50UC1-EZ which will fit your spindle and have the ability to move to the larger 13" wheel size. These both have the galvanized finish and include new bearings, seal and lug nuts. You will need to get 2 of whichever hub style you need as the hubs are sold individually.

- Thanks for the picture and your patience! I just heard back from Dexter and your D20 axle uses the same inner and outer bearing of 1.063" which is item # L44649. I recommend the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles item # AKIHUB-545-2-LF-2K or item # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-2K if you have an EZ lube axle. Both of these idler hubs are sold individually and have a 5 on 4-1/2 lug pattern.

- Hey John we do have a potential axle option for you. We have axles with the 86.5" hub face, such as the Trailer Axle Beam # e33GR, which is rated for 6,000. This axle has spring seats at 71-1/2", and they are underslung. We are not able to weld on spring seats for you here, but we can sell you a few loose spring seats # TRSS300. You would just have to have them welded to the top of the axle tube in your desired location.

- I sure do! 7,000 lbs trailer axles use a grease/dust cap with a 2.72" inner diameter, which means you would need item # K7CAP to access the zerk fittings on the spindle.
To replace bearings on 7,000 lbs axles you'll need the Bearing Kit, 14125A/25580 Bearings, GS-2125DL Seal item # BK3-210. These are sold individually you'll need one per hub.
